About Us
InVivoScribe Technologies, Inc. is a privately-held corporation dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare worldwide by providing high quality, reliable, cutting-edge tools for molecular research, molecular diagnostics, and personalized molecular medicine™.

Products manufactured in our GMP facility include a comprehensive selection of general purpose reagents, as well as PCR-based reagents and controls for gene rearrangement, chromosome translocation, and gene mutation testing. Customers include many of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical and cancer research centers, academic testing centers, and reference laboratories. Our research and in vitro diagnostic products are used in more than 50 countries worldwide to identify, classify and monitor leukemias, lymphomas and other lymphoproliferative disease.

Our CE-marked IVD products, which are available for sale and use only outside of North America, target biomarkers that have demonstrated clinical utility. These tests are used to identify, stratify and monitor hematologic cancers. Our companion diagnostic products assist in the development of pharmaceutical agents and devices. All of our gene rearrangement products and the majority of our gene mutation testing products are covered by exclusive-licensed patents.

Our subsidiary, InVivoScribe Technologies, SARL, located in Provence in the coastal city of La Ciotat just east of Marseille, is a regional sales and distribution center for InVivoScribe Technologies, Inc. Our dedicated SARL staff includes a sales and marketing group that provides comprehensive sales support and limited technical support to our many EU customers. The majority of our EU customers purchase CE-marked IVD products.

Our subsidiary, the Laboratory for Personalized Molecular Medicine™ (Labpmm.com) is a CLIA- and CAP-accredited international reference laboratory focused on molecular diagnostics and personalized molecular medicine. Our customer base includes cancer treatment and cancer diagnostic centers from around the world. LabPMM™ is the only reference laboratory licensed to perform testing for FLT3 and NPM1 mutations - these are the most important prognostic biomarkers for karyotype normal AML. Current WHO guidelines include assessment of FLT3 mutation status as a "standard of care" in treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. LabPMM provides comprehensive FLT3 mutation testing, as well as testing for the NPM1 biomarker, and provides the only access to a standardized, IP-protected test that consistently determines FLT3 mutation status. FDA clearance of the first targeted therapy for AML that requires FLT3 mutation testing is expected as early as 2011, and we are currently working with several pharmaceutical companies toward a regulatory approved companion diagnostic product.

Our subsidiary, LabFlow is developing a comprehensive ERP software solution that integrates multiple interdependent but separate businesses to arrive at a single comprehensive business solution. Our first fully integrated business package was launched on February 1st 2010, and we anticipate a commercial package will be available for our customers later in 2010. Our software package is built upon Microsoft Dynamics NAV, but substantively expands its capabilities and takes it to a whole new level. Our enhanced version requires minimal customization and IT support, is scalable, and integrates with existing LIMS and business packages.
