Invivoscribe's Subsidiaries
Invivoscribe's wholly owned subsidiaries include: Invivoscribe Technologies,
SARL; the Laboratory for Personalized Molecular Medicine, LLC
("LabPMM"); and LabFlow, LLC.
- Our French subsidiary, Invivoscribe Technologies, SARL, handles direct sales and distribution of products for the EU, and management of distributors around the world. It was profitable within six months of inception and has grown its business each year since its founding.
- LabPMM, our CLIA- and CAP-accredited reference laboratory, is on track to generate four times the revenue it generated in 2009.
- LabFlow was founded within the last year, and is focused on what has already proved to be development and successful implementation of ERP software for diagnostic and device manufacturing companies, including those with foreign subsidiaries. Revenue-producing product is expected to be available by 2011.
Strategy and Growth
Invivoscribe's wholly-owned subsidiaries (Invivoscribe SARL, LabPMM, and
LabFlow) are partnerships. Though they are all flow-through entities,
each company has become independently profitable within 18 months of
inception and each has achieved substantive revenue growth each year.
Invivoscribe has diligently refrained from accepting any outside investment that might interfere with our long-term strategic vision and focus. While we appreciate learning of new licensing opportunities and we are always amenable to hearing of new scientific and business collaborations where we can leverage our strengths, we are not interested in resources if the terms might complicate or distract from our successful, time-validated business model. However, those individuals and companies that choose to become licensing partners enjoy ongoing assistance from Invivoscribe in intellectual property prosecution and enforcement. This is a substantive value-added skill set that Invivoscribe brings to the table.
