Invivoscribe's Subsidiaries
Invivoscribe's wholly owned subsidiaries include: Invivoscribe Technologies,
SARL; the Laboratory for Personalized Molecular Medicine, LLC
("LabPMM LLC"), LabFlow, LLC, and LabPMM GmbH.
- Our French subsidiary, Invivoscribe Technologies, SARL, handles direct sales and distribution of products for the EU. SARL was profitable within six months of inception and has grown its business each year.
- LabPMM, our CLIA- and CAP-accredited reference laboratory, is generating twice the revenue it generated in 2010, and we have built out additional space to handle the growth in test volumes. In addition, we are on track and on schedule to launch our European clincal reference laboratory, LabPMM GmbH, located in Martinsried, Germany.
- LabFlow LLC, founded last year, is focused on what has already proved to be successful ERP software for our diagnostic and device manufacturing companies, including our foreign subsidiaries.
Strategy and Growth
Invivoscribe's wholly-owned subsidiaries (Invivoscribe SARL, LabPMM LLC, LabPMM GmbH, and
LabFlow) are partnerships. Though they are flow-through entities they are expected to become independently profitable and achieve substantive revenue growth each year.
To date, Invivoscribe has refrained from accepting any outside investment. However, we appreciate learning of new licensing and business opportunities. Our licensing and business partners enjoy both our substantive experience developing, validating, and commercializing molecular diagnostic products, and our experience with intellectual property development, acquisition, prosecution and enforcement.
