They are used to test DNA extracted from a variety of patient samples and have demonstrated clinical efficacy identifying clonal populations in suspect lymphoproliferations.

Our LymphoTrack CE-marked in vitro diagnostic products are for
sale and use only outside of North America. These molecular diagnostic products are highly sensitive and specific patient-specific tests designed using the unique individual DNA sequence from the patient tumor sample. These highly-sensitive minimal residual disease (MRD) tests are able to detect one cancer cell in a background of 10,000 normal cells. MRD assays are used to detect clonal
populations in a patient's blood or bone marrow that suggest cancer recurrence.

Our CE-marked IGH Somatic Hypermutation Assays are used to identify clonal rearrangements of the immunoglobulin heavy (IGH) chain gene and determine the somatic mutation status of the variable (V) gene sequence in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) specimens. Specifically, the IGH Somatic Hypermutation Assay v2.0 can be used to: identify clonal rearrangements of the IGH chain gene; assess the extent of somatic hypermutation in the variable region of the immunoglobulin heavy chain gene; and, evaluate new research and methods in malignancy studies. |
