labpmm-logo-man.jpgInvivoscribe's lab, Laboratory for Personalized Molecular Medicine™ (LabPMM™) is a CLIA- and CAP-accredited national reference laboratory focused on Personalized Molecular Medicine™ and Personalized Molecular Diagnostics™. LabPMM is located in San Diego, California.

LabPMM's test menu is limited to biomarkers that have demonstrated clinical utility; tests that provide data and information critical to making informed treatment decisions. These tests conform to a standard of care as defined by the World Health Organization and they are recommended by members of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, LeukemiaNet, and other world opinion leaders in hematology oncology.

Accordingly, test results generated by LabPMM™ are relied upon and are determinative of treatment decisions made by physicians in concert with their patients.

Clinical Trials

Currently there are several clinical trials for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that include tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) that target FLT3. TKIs act to reduce the activity of FLT3 and other tyrosine kinase enzymes known to be important to the cancer process. Many of these trials require that the patient have a known FLT3 variation such as the Internal Tandem Duplication or the D835 variation.
