Telephone Orders
Customer service representatives at our US location take orders Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PST/PDT. Orders can also be placed with our European customer service representatives from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CET/CEST.When placing phone orders, please provide the following information:
Purchaser Information

Catalog Number and Quantity of Items to be Purchased
We will provide an e-mail confirmation notifying the recipient that the order has been processed if an e-mail address was provided. In order to minimize purchasing errors, we will ask you to verify your desired detection format for assay kits and master mixes.
Credit Card Orders
Only our US location accepts U.S. Government I.M.P.A.C. card orders. Both our US and European offices accept credit card orders. Credit card orders (VISA and MasterCard) may be placed by phone, fax, e-mail, or through our online system. Please provide the following information:Card Type (VISA or MasterCard)

Pricing
Updated prices (in US dollars or Euros) are available on our website by going to our products and services section. Locate the product you would like to purchase to view the current pricing. A current price list can also be obtained by mail or fax on request. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days. All payments to Invivoscribe Technologies, Inc should be made in U.S. dollars. All payments to Invivoscribe Technologies, SARL should be made in euros.
Shipping Within the United States
Orders placed with Invivoscribe in the US will be shipped from our location in San Diego, California. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid F.O.B. and added to the invoice. Most orders received by 12:00 P.M. PST/PDT, Monday through Wednesday, are shipped the same day for delivery the following day.
International Orders & Shipments
International shipments are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Orders placed with our European office will be shipped from our location in La Ciotat, France. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid F.O.B. and added to the invoice. Since international shipments are unique for each destination country, please ask our customer service representative for shipping requirements and details at the time that you place your order.
Intended Uses
With the exception of Analyte Specific Reagents, which are sold only to CLIA-accredited high-complexity laboratories for their use in Laboratory Developed Tests, all products sold by Invivoscribe Technologies within the United States are sold for Research Use Only. These Research Use Only products have not been approved for diagnostic use. Our CE-marked IdentiClone(TM) and LeukoStrat(TM) assays are not for sale or use in North America. They are In Vitro Diagnostic devices intended for detection of clonal gene rearrangements and translocations for patients with suspected lymphoproliferations.
Warranty and Liability
Invivoscribe Technologies is committed to providing the highest quality products. Invivoscribe Technologies warrants that the products meet or exceed the performance standards described in the product insert. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, our policy is to replace the product or credit the full purchase price. No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, are provided by Invivoscribe Technologies. Invivoscribe Technologies' liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Invivoscribe shall have no liability for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use, results of use, or inability to use its products; product efficacy under purchaser controlled conditions in purchaser's laboratory must be established and continually monitored through purchaser defined and controlled processes including but not limited to testing of use of positive, negative, and blank controls every time a sample is tested. Ordering, acceptance and use of product constitutes purchaser acceptance of sole responsibility for assuring product efficacy and purchaser agreement to the limitation of liability set forth in this paragraph.
