Invivoscribe holds the world-wide exclusive license to intellectual property covering methods and compositions developed by the EuroClonality/BIOMED-2 Clonality Group, with the right to use and apply methods and the right to manufacture, market, offer for sale and sell products in affiliation with the BIOMED-2 Clonality Group.  Further, the license limits affiliation of BIOMED-2 Clonality Group to Invivoscribe only and allows Invivoscribe to use the name of the BIOMED-2 Clonality Group in marketing and sales materials.
