Used to test chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) specimens.

IGH Gene Rearrangement Assays
Identifies IGH gene rearrangements using 3 master mixes that target the Framework 1-3 regions.

IGH Gene Clonality Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify IGH gene rearrangements using 3 master mixes that target the Framework 1-3 regions, and 2 master mixes that target the DH-JH rearrangements.

IGK Gene Clonality Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify IGK gene rearrangements using 2 master mixes that target the Vk 1-7 segments, the Kappa deletion element, and intron segment.

IGL Gene Clonality Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify gene rearrangements using 1 master mix that targets the Vl 1-3 segments.

T Cell Gene Rearrangement
TCRB Gene Clonality Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify gene rearrangements using 3 master mixes that target the Vb 1-24 and Db 1&2 gene segments.

TCRD Gene Clonality Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify gene rearrangements using 1 master mix that targets the Vd 1-6 and Dd 2&3 gene segments.

TCRG Gene Rearrangement Assay
Identifies gene rearrangements using 2 master mixes that target the Vg 1-9 gene semgments using two different sets of primer binding points.

TCRG Gene Clonality Assay
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify gene rearrangements using 2 master mixes that target the Vg 1-11 gene segments. 

 

 

BCL1/JH Translocation Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Group, these assays identify BCL1/JH t(11;14) translocations using 1 master mix that targets BCL1 MTC locus of chromosome 11 and the JH locus of chromosome 14.

BCL2/JH t(14;18) Translocation Assays
Identifies BCL2/JH t(14;18) translocations using 4 master mixes that target the Mbr and mcr loci on chromosome 18 and the JH locus of chromosome 14. This assay can be performed as a nested or non-nested assay.

BCL2/JH Translocation Assays
Developed by the BIOMED-2 Grouop, these assays identify BCL2/JH t(14;18) translocations using 3 master mixes that target the Mbr, 3' Mbr, and mcr loci on chromosome 18, and the JH locus of chromosome 14.

BCR/ABL t(9;22) Translocation Assays Identifies BCR/ABL t(9;22) translocations using 7 master mixes that target the p190 e1a2, p210 b3a2, and p210 b2a2 translocation products. This assay is a nested assay.

PML/RARa t(15;17) Translocation Assays
Identifies PML/RARa t(15;17) translocations using 3 master mixes that target both the short and long form translocation products. This assay is a nested assay.
